Any damaged delivery or faulty products should be reported to us as soon as possible, via our email at sales@myperfectstamp.com

If your order is incorrect, or you change your mind, you can return your unwanted items to My Perfect Stamp. The items MUST be in their original packaging, and be returned within 14 days purchase for a refund or exchange. Outside of this 14 days, a gift card may be offered instead of a refund. We cannot refund the cost of postage. 

Before returning any items, please email us at sales@myperfectstamp.com, with RETURN in the subject bar. Please give us as much detail as possible as to why you need to return or exchange the product, so if it is a manufacturing fault, we can contact the manufacturers directly. Please include your order number in any correspondence. 

Return postage is at the cost of the purchaser unless the goods are damaged or faulty.

My Perfect Stamp cannot be held responsible for return packages which are lost or damaged before reaching us. We recommend that you return the item via recorded delivery, obtain proof of postage and insure the item for its full value.
