Altenew - What is Altenew’s Angel Policy?
“Crafters are welcome to make and sell up to 100 cards per design per calendar year.”
Avery Elle -
“At Avery Elle we want you to be able to use our products on your creations for resale, however we do have some restrictions listed below. All Avery Elle Stamps are copyrighted and are protected under United States and International copyright law. They cannot be copied without Avery Elle's permission.
AVERY ELLE STAMPS ARE FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY. You may not rent our products to others.
You may sell stamped artwork if you adhere to the following criteria:
- All stamped art is individually hand stamped and may not be reproduced or copied using any means other than hand stamping. This includes photocopying, printing, tracing, scanning, etc.
- Artwork for sale must be hand stamped by the artist personally. Mass production and use of paid workers is not allowed.
- You may not sell stamped images and/or die cut images as stand alone products. They must be used in a personally handmade project.
- Avery Elle images may not be used for logos, trademarks or promotional materials.
- People selling stamped art assume all liability for their work and agree to indemnify Avery Elle and its artist(s) from disputes arising from their work.

Gina K Designs - Do you have an Angel policy?
“Yes, you can use our products on any completed handmade projects that you hand-stamp and sell in small quantities. You may sell what you make at craft fairs, Etsy stores, and other small shops and venues. You may not mechanically reproduce our images. You may not mass produce our images. You may not produce our images to sell for others to use in their crafting projects. For example, you may not create pre-stamped images and sell them to other crafters. You may not include pre-stamped designs in crafting kits that you sell. You may sell completed cards, home decor, scrapbook pages and other items made with our stamps and papers.”
Hero Arts-
“All of our stamp designs are original artwork created and copyrighted by Hero Arts. Thus, Hero Arts stamps are for personal and non-commercial use only. However, our valued stampers may use our products to produce any creations they would like, which can include selling or otherwise distributing these creations in limited quantities.
All commercial use of our designs is subject to the following terms and conditions:
- All stamp impressions must be made by hand and no mechanical or other form of reproduction is permitted.
- Quantities are limited to projects that are limited in scope, local in nature, and otherwise do not constitute an ongoing business. Additionally, quantities for commercial use are generally allowed if they are in the range of 50 hand-stamped impressions per stamp image, or less. The production of much larger numbers, and/or for an ongoing business, and/or for an endeavor that is not local in nature, is forbidden without express written consent.
- Wherever possible, Hero Arts Trademarks and Copyrights should be displayed.
By using our products in this way, you agree to the above terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our products for commercial purposes.

“Of course, Ink Road Stamps are ready to jump into your creations! This is how you may use them:
Ink Road designs are protected under United States and international copyright laws and treaties, images may not be used for logos, trademarks or promotional materials, you may not copy or rent our products. Ink Road Stamps themselves are for personal use only.
Please enjoy selling your stamped and die cut artwork by adhering to the following criteria:
- Ink Road designs may only be used to create original works and may not be stamped, die cut, or other production methods for the expressed purpose of being reused by a third party.
- All stamped art must be individually hand stamped and may not be reproduced or copied using any means other than hand stamping. This includes photocopying, printing, tracing, scanning, etc. This also applies to any die cut images.
- Artwork for sale must be hand stamped and/or hand die cut by the artist personally. Mass production and/or use of paid workers is not allowed.

Pink and Main -
“Pink and Main LLC Angel Policy grants limited permissions (a license) to purchasers of Pink and Main stamps to create hand-stamped artwork for sale. All Pink and Main products are copyrighted by Michelle Currie (The Illustrator) and are protected under United States and International copyright law, which means they cannot be copied without permission. Our Angel Policy grants limited permissions (a license) to purchasers of Pink and Main stamps to create hand-stamped artwork for sale. The terms and conditions of this Angel Policy:
1) Hand-stamping is the only allowed format when creating with Pink and Main stamps. Artwork for sale must be personally hand-stamped by the selling artist, and any mass production or use of paid workers is prohibited.
2) No product design may be reproduced, copied or resized by any means, including photocopying, computer scanning and printing, or by freehand drawing. Creating die cut files are not allowed.
3) Pink and Main products may not be used in business logos, trademarks, or promotional materials. They may not be used in inappropriate, illegal, or derogatory ways. Artwork created with Pink and Main products may not infringe on any third party copyrighted material, and the artist accepts full responsibility for his or her artwork.
4) The following notice must appear on hand-stamped artwork created for resale: Images © Pink and Main LLC
5) Pink and Main LLC may amend its policies governing the use of its copyrighted designs and images including the Angel Policy, at any time. Amendments to such policies are effective upon publication of the official Pink and Main LLC website. We reserve the right to deny or terminate permission to usePink and Main products.”
Picket Fence Studios -
“You may sell stamped and die cut artwork if you adhere to the following criteria:
- Picket Fence Studios designs may only be used to create original works. Designs may not be stamped, die cut, etc. for the expressed purpose of being reused by a third party.

“Pretty Pink Posh welcomes you to use our stamps, dies and embellishments for resale of your finished handcrafted projects under these policies.
- All artwork must be individually hand stamped and may not be reproduced or copied. This includes and is not limited to photocopying, printing, scanning, etc.
- Pretty Pink Posh images and products may not be distributed, swapped or rented.
- Pretty Pink Posh images may not be used for logos, trademarks or promotional materials.
- All artists selling their creations must assume all liability and responsibility for their work and agree to indemnify Pretty Pink Posh and company from disputes arising from their work.
- Pretty Pink Posh products may not be used in any swap or rental business or any type of for profit business without our explicit consent.
- Pretty Pink Posh designs are protected under United States and international copyright laws.

“All Dylusions by Dyan Reaveley, Dina Wakley MEdia, Letter It™, Wendy Vecchi MAKE ART, and Simon Hurley create. stamp and/or stencil designs are original artwork created and copyrighted by Ranger Industries. Dylusions, Dina Wakley MEdia, Letter It™, Wendy Vecchi MAKE ART, and Simon Hurley create. stamp and/or stencil designs are for personal, non-commercial use. Ranger Industries does however grant permission in the form of a limited license to use the Dylusions, Dina Wakley MEdia, Letter It™, Wendy Vecchi MAKE ART, and Simon Hurley create. stamp and/or stencil designs for the purpose of creating art/craft works for sale. The following are guidelines for creation of art/craft pieces available for sale:
- All stamp or stencil impressions must be made by hand and no mechanical or digital reproduction is permitted. In addition, mass production, assembly line construction and/or production by workers for hire is also strictly prohibited.
- Quantities for commercial use are generally allowed if they are in the range of no more than 50 handmade images from stencils or hand-stamped impressions from stamps.
- Wherever possible, Ranger Industries and/or Dylusions by Dyan Reaveley and/or Dina Wakley Media and/or Letter It ™ and/or Wendy Vecchi MAKE ART and/or Simon Hurley create. copyrights and trademarks should be displayed and/or included in works.

- Persons participating in Ranger Industries Angel Policy assume all liability for suitability of their work and agree to indemnify Ranger Industries from disputes arising from their work.
